We can engrave text, graphics, logos and photos on most materials. We cannot engrave on metal, however laser marking on metal is done using specially formulated inks which are applied to the surface and once lasered, there will be a permanent design or logo which is resistant to chemicals, scratch resistant and withstands exposure to extreme temperatures.
We are able to cut most substrates except for metal, glass, PCV or vinyl products.

Laser engraving is a process where the laser beam physically removes the surface of the material to expose a cavity that reveals an image at eye level. The laser creates high heat during the engraving process, which essentially causes the material to vaporize with each pulse.
Depending on the nature of the project, generally our turnaround time is 2 - 3 business days from confirmation of order and payment.
Yes. However, depending on the nature/complexity of the change, we reserve the right to amend the initial quote.
Most graphics in JPG, Bitmap, GIF, AI, etc. file types are suitable for engraving. To produce the best likeness to the supplied picture, engraving of photos requires a high quality image.
Laser Engraving results can vary quite a bit, depending on the type of material used and the quality of the image file supplied.
Yes. However, not everything is laser friendly and we will need a clear description of the item and/or material you wish to engrave, so we can confirm that it is suitable.
Our Laser cutting/engraving bed size is 1200 x 900mm, however due to the pass-through capability, we can accommodate engraving of larger items.
We cannot engrave on metal, however laser marking on metal is done using specially formulated inks which are applied to the surface and once lasered, there will be a permanent design or logo which is resistant to chemicals, scratch resistant and withstands exposure to extreme temperatures.
(Typically up to 6mm but we can cut thicker, however this may require several passes which could produce a charring effect.)
